Who We Are

Healing Warriors provide teachings and consultation in hatha yoga, breathwork and meditation at no cost to our patrons. We host consultation at our studio, or virtually in the veterans' own living space. We also seek to offer classes at facilities local to veterans, like community centers, VFW lodges, and VA centers. Our classes and consultation come at no cost to the veterans we serve, and we take care of all the funding for said services, so veterans don't have to stress over lengthy application processes


Get Involved

Our goal is to provide accessible yoga, breathwork, and meditation teachings to veterans in the Greater Houston Area who may encounter obstacles in accessing such services. We work closely with local community centers and veteran organizations to bring our classes and events to veterans' homes or nearby facilities. Our classes are offered at no cost to our participants, and we rely on donations from individuals and organizations to support our programs. Programs
